His street-smart dressing, wit and casual demeanour in dialogue delivery will be major highlights in the film.” The horror comedy is slated for release on January 9, 2026.Also Read: Prabhas Shot in Freezing Temperatures for Songs: The Raja Saab Makers。香港8月24日电（记者刘媛媛）香港特区政府发展局24日公布，位于北部都会区（北都）洪水桥／厦村新发展区内的片区（洪水桥片区）项目完成评标并经特区政府中央投标委员会批准，特区政府决定将项目批予洪水桥新发展有限公司。中标公司的六个股东分别为中国海外发展有限公司、招商局置地有限公司、华润置地有限公司、中国旅游集团有限公司、京东集团股份有限公司及信和置业有限公司的子公司。发展局表示，中标公司在非价格和价格方面的评分均比另一家投标公司得分高，中标价为10.3亿港元。发展局表示，中标公司将负责平整及发展三幅住宅用地，可共建3000多个单位（假设每个单位面积约50平方米），并在完成土地平整后在一幅可建总楼面面积达50950平方米的企业及科技园用地兴建智慧现代物流中心，由京东集团作为龙头企业进驻，在55个月内开始营运不少于15300平方米的总楼面面积。上述三幅住宅用地和一幅企业及科技园用地（即洪水桥市地段第18至21号），总共约3.6公顷，以50年租期批予中标公司。中标公司还要负责平整洪水桥片区其他多幅土地。发展局局长宁汉豪表示，洪水桥片区是北都首个片区开发招投项目，总面积近11公顷，发展规模大，投资年期长。特区政府会将上述由中标公司完成平整后交回政府的两幅总共4.5公顷企业及科技园用地，直接批拨予由政府全资拥有的洪水桥产业园有限公司进行上盖发展和营运。洪水桥/厦村新发展区位于北部都会区的西部，靠近深圳湾口岸，定位为“高端专业服务和物流枢纽”。特区政府于2025年12月30日公开招标，2026年7月3日截标。
